制氮工作原理

变压吸附制氮采用碳分子筛为吸附剂(图一)，利用其对氧氮的选择性吸附(图二)，在变压吸附的作用下，直接用空气制取氮气的设备。

在一定工作压力下，碳分子筛对空气中氧的吸附远远大于氮(图二)，形成两者吸附量的差异，使氮气在气相中得到富集。因此通过可编程序控制器控制阀门的启闭，减压后，氧等杂质组份被脱附出来，碳分子筛便获得再生。

A、B两吸附器交替循环工作:加压吸附、减压解吸，完成氧氮分离，便制备所需纯度的氮气。连续供给原料空气，连续获得氮气。
