一. Brief introduction:

二. Main Features:

1. The shear station adopts double column shear structure, with smooth shear mouth and no waste.

2. The bending station adopts enclosed bending structure, which is strong and durable. After bending, the Angle of the workpiece is consistent from top to bottom. By changing the mold, the function of embossing can be realized at this station. The single embossing area is 80*160mm, and the end face is flat and even.

3. The punching station adopts the single-arm integral structure, which improves the concentricity of the mould, extends the service life of the mould and saves the time of changing the mould.

4. Any machining unit can be transformed into NUMERICAL control type on the basis of the host machine, so as to improve the efficiency and machining accuracy.

5. The hydraulic oil tank adopts 3mm steel plate welding and phosphating treatment, effectively ensuring that the hydraulic system and components are free from pollution and corrosion.

7. The hydraulic hose adopts national standard Type A connection, which is durable and easy to maintain.
