1. Release tray (30 pieces): manually place piles of egg trays on the feeding part of the washer. Pay attention to the direction of the egg trays when placing them, and prompt will be given at the feeding end of the equipment.
2. Automatic splitting: the egg tray is split into a single one by itself and put materials to the conveying part by itself, and the conveying device drives it to move to the cleaning and processing station.
3. washing station 1: it is recommended to add cleaning agent into the water tank for the first-level cleaning station, and heating cleaning water is needed.
4. washing station 2: This station is mainly responsible for the dust removal of the egg tray and can add disinfectant into the water tank to remove the peculiar smell on the egg tray.
5. Clean water flushing: clean the surface of the egg tray again with a set of clean water (tap water). The water in this station is discharged directly and is optional. If you choose to open it according to the situation, you can turn off the watering.
6. Blower #1: a large amount of free water on the surface of the egg tray is removed by a large air volume fan.
7. Blower #2: remove water from the egg tray again to improve the drying degree.
8. Automatic Collection (30 pieces): The egg tray is piled by itself and transported to the main conveyor belt after reaching a certain amount.
9. Return: the processed egg tray will be sent back to the feeding end by the conveyor belt, and will be placed regularly by the operator.
