一、安装操作步骤

1、本机器要平稳摆放在混凝土地面上，机器不能有摆动现象；

2、打开油箱顶部加油口密封盖，然后往油箱里面加入68号或者46号抗磨液压油，加油高度为：离油箱项部100mm高就行了，然后把油箱盖好（注：单油缸打包机在使用时要在左、右附杆打上黄油）；

3、本机器工业电压及频率为：3N-380V-50HZ（出口按当地国家电压及频率订做），三相四线制，三条火线接到电箱里面的接线端口，一条零线接到零线端口，电接好后，把总电源开关打上，把电箱里面开关闭合上，就可以试机，通电后检查电机转向，反转不会往下压，需要把两条电源线调换一下位置，然后才能试机；

4、本机采用电动液压控制：根据控制箱上面按钮图标来操作机器；

5、如果机器试好，压板可以正常上、下；箱体可以正常上，下；多来回操作几次，把油箱和油管里面空气排出，在把物品放进箱体内进行压缩打包；

6、当打好一个包要进行捆扎时，压板压到下面不能在往下压时；把箱体升起来在进行捆包，当捆好包时在把压板升起来取出包块，在把箱体下到底面在进行下一次打包；

7、当机器长时间不使用时，将压板升至顶部，把电箱里面的开关断开，然后关闭总电源。
