产品概述

该设备能实现工件的一次装夹，按照设定的位置自动移动、自动焊接，电极在设定的焊点数后可以自动进入电极修磨系统修整电极，能够更好的保证焊点的稳定，提高产品质量和生产效率，降低生产成本，解决了手工作业的质量不稳定和生产效率低等缺陷，生产效率和自动化程度有所提高。设备能够满足尺寸2000x1000mm产品的焊接。

Description

This machine can complete loading and fixing the work piece at one time;lt can automatically move and weld as per preset location;Electrodes can automatically enter into grinding system to repair and maintain the electrodes;lt can be better to guarantee stable welding points,improve products quality and production efficiency and reduce production cost.lt solves the instable quality and low production efficiency defect of manual job;The maximum flat table size is 2000x1000mm.

性能特点

1.      采用加强化特别设计钢构，C型框架式结构。受力重心合理确保机身在高速运行时机身强度足够、稳定。

2.      设计大平面工作平台，独立工作，延Y方向移动，平台附有定位装置，对钣金件可以比较好的固定，能够保证焊接点位置的准确性和装拆的方便。

3.      采用进口触摸屏作为人机介面，全中文输入直观、明了，可存储30种焊接工件的位置程序可以多达5000个点。

4.      设计选用成型电极修整装置，修磨机安装在固定位置，修整高度采用伺服电机上下移动结构，光纤系统检测焊头高度，通过编程的方式可在设定焊接点数的范围进入修整，可控制电极修整的锥度及高度，高度误差控制在±0.1mm.

1.      Adopt the reinforced special design steel C type frame structure body.lt adopts reasonable stress center of gravity to ensure the stable intensity of the main body when conducting fast speed welding.At the meantime,it could provide stress supporting point and working platform for other actions.

2.      Lt is designed with a large flat table as the working table.According to the requirement of product,the independent fixture is equipped which will move in Y direction.Each welding spot position will be fixed with fixture so as to ensure the precision of welding spot and it is easy to assemble and disassemble.

3.      Adopt the touch screen from imported famous brand as the human-machine interface,English input.lt can store30 sets of different model for welding with more than 5000welding spots.

4.      Design with electrode grinding device.The grinder is installed at the fixed position.The grinding height will be adjusted via servo motor.Use optical fiber system to detect the height of electrode.lt will enter into grinding process according to the setting program after doing welding for certain number of times.The grinding taper and height are both adjustable.The height tolerance is within±0.1mm.

主要用于焊接一般固定式焊机不能或不便焊接的低碳钢、低合金钢、不锈钢、镀层钢、板材及圆钢。广泛用于汽车、民用钣金、防盗门、箱柜、家用电器等行业。
