Description

产品描述

A two-component, polyamide cured epoxy resin based high build coating.  It forms a hard and tough film with very good resistance to abrasion and impact and fresh and seawater, splash from petrol, jet fuel, diesel oil, lubricating oil and related products.  Limited resistance to vegetable oils and strong solvents such as ketones, esters, etc.

Not recommended for mineral acids or strong oxidizing solution. Harmless to grain cargo. It may be used in contact with food products and for fresh water tanks in accordance with FDA regulation, section 175.300.

Recommended Use

As an intermediate or finishing coat for steel surface in severely corrosive environment and/or subject to mechanical wear.

Especially good for inside topcoat of container and also suitable for coating of concrete, e.g. swimming pools or tanks.

Surface

Preparation

表面处理

Remove any oil, grease, dirt and any other contaminants from the surface before painting by proper method such as solvent cleaning and fresh water washing, etc.

* Steel : Blast cleaning to Sa2.5 or Power tool cleaning to St3, etc.

* Concrete, asbestos cement, etc. : Wash down with a 3% solution of hydrochloric or phosphoric acid in fresh water and must be dried.

涂装前使用适当方法例如溶剂清洁和淡水冲洗等清除待涂装表面所有油,脂,灰尘和其它污染物.

* 钢材: 喷砂清洁至Sa2.5或动力工具清洁至St3.

The surface should be completely cleaned and dried. Application and curing to take place at temperatures above 5℃(41℉). Do not apply when relative humidity is above 85%.  The surface temperature should be at least 2.7℃(5℉) above dew point to prevent condensation. In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.

Mix thoroughly together prior to application in the proportions with power agitator as delivered.

Maximum : 30 Days

Prior to overcoating, remove the oil, salt, chalking material and any other contaminants on aged coating film completely by proper cleaning method such as solvent cleaning and/or fresh water washing.
