1. Start software

1.1 Double click the icon: . waiting for the startup picture: 

1.2 Waiting for the ZXY's axis recover to '0' position, this will take several seconds.

1.3 once starup finished, the main GUI pop up in the screen .

2. How to use

2.1 Camera setting:

1. changing Exposure time from 0 to 100000 us.

2. changing Gain .

3. chaning Frame rate( this function effect only in some sepecial cameras).

4. starting the LED (WL/940nm) to get a get a better WL light source for the envirment .

2.2 Laser

1. Click Start Laser to start Laser system .

2. Indicator slider changing could reflect the 620nm red light intensity （from 0-100%） .

3. Laser slider changing could reflect the intensity of Laser（from 0-maximum Power） .

1. Laser focus slider changing could reflect the diameter of light spot (0-20mm).

2. Z-Step focus slider changing could relect the stepper motor's moving step(0-40).

3. Z_Up button to increase the light spot （Laser goes up),Z_Down button to reduce the light spot size(Laser goes down) .

2.3 Detail

1. input sample name, other Parameters are collected automatically.

2. once clicked Capture's AutoStart button ,all the infomation details will be recorded automatically .

2.4 Capture

1. Select Frames : input the Number or click the up/down arrow to input the Number .

2. Click the 'AutoStart' button to get the Pictures (named 0.tiff,1.tiff……Number-1.tiff） .

3. Click the 'Open Img' button to open the captured picutures and Details recorder which named by time .

2.5 Sample Bed

This module is for the adjust sample bed position manually, XY-Step slider could change the Single step of stepper motor.
