移动淘金设备配溜槽方案

该套设备为我公司独立自主设计生产的新型移动式淘金设备，可以采用输送机、装载机或挖机多种上料方式，集洗矿、筛分作业一次性完成，较于老式滚筒洗矿机优势如下：
This set of equipment is a new type of mobile gold panning equipment independently designed and produced by our company. It can adopt a variety of feeding methods, such as conveyor, loader or excavator, and complete the ore washing and screening operations in one time. Compared with the old roller ore washing machine, the advantages are as follows:
1.传动系统改进：Drive system improvement:
a.滚筒托轮加大：采用4条Ø670mm耐磨实心橡胶轮胎，较于老式小轮胎使用寿命得到明显提升；
Roller support wheel enlargement: Use 4 Ø670mm wear-resistant solid rubber tires, compared with the old small tire service life has been significantly improved;
b.采用双动力四轮同步驱动，解决托轮打滑问题；
Adopt dual power four-wheel synchronous drive to solve the problem of supporting wheel slip;
c.传动轴、轴承均于老式进行加大，坚固耐用。
The drive shaft and bearing are all enlarged in the old style, strong and durable.
2.对滚筒进行改进：To improve the drum:
a.滚筒壁厚增加，筛分段采用油田耐磨提油杆编网，滚筒的使用寿命得到质的提升；
The thickness of the drum wall increases, and the screen section adopts the wear-resistant oil rod of the oil field to weave the net, which improves the service life of the drum qualitously.
b.滚筒内铰刀采用整体式螺旋锯齿状绞刀+分段式螺旋锯齿状绞刀，并且对分段式螺旋锯齿状绞刀进行密集布置，以保证矿料得到充分搅拌清洗。
The reamer in the roller adopts integral spiral serrated reamer + segmented spiral serrated reamer, and the segmented spiral serrated reamer is densely arranged to ensure that the ore material is fully mixed and cleaned.
3.对挡水板、料斗等多处结构进行优化，现在设备不会溅水、漏水。
To optimize the structure of the water baffle, hopper and other places, now the equipment will not splash water, water leakage.
